We answer every day of the week. Most messages get a reply within a few hours; the longest you should ever wait is 24 hours.
Before you write
Key not working? Send the order number and the exact error the host showed you. That is almost always enough for us to issue a replacement straight away without further questions.
Not sure which plan to buy? Tell us roughly how much you download and which host, and we will tell you which plan makes sense — including when the cheaper one is the right answer.
Payment did not go through but money left your account? Send the transaction ID. PayPal and card authorisations sometimes hold before settling; we can see it at our end.
Order problems
Every key is covered by our replacement and refund guarantee. If a key fails to activate we replace it or refund you in full — there is no argument to be had, so please do not open a payment dispute before writing to us. A dispute takes weeks to resolve; an email takes hours.
