1. Who we are
OfficialPremiums.com (“we”, “us”) sells premium account vouchers for third-party file hosting services. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell voucher codes issued through the official reseller programmes of the hosts listed on this site. We are an independent reseller. We are not the host, we do not operate their service, and we are not responsible for their platform, uptime, pricing changes or account decisions.
We do not host, store, index or link to any files.
3. Delivery
Keys are delivered automatically by email and shown on the order confirmation screen once payment clears. If a key has not arrived within one hour, contact us — it is almost always an email filtering issue and we can resend it.
4. Your account with the host
A voucher upgrades an account you already hold with the host. You are responsible for creating that account and for keeping your own login details secure. We never ask for your host account password and you should never send it to us, or to anyone else claiming to be us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use any account bought here in a way that breaks the host’s own terms of service or the law in your country. If a host restricts or closes your account for something you did, that is between you and the host, and no refund is due.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. A price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price you pay. Occasionally stock for a specific plan runs out; if we cannot fill an order we will refund it in full, promptly.
7. Refunds
Our refund and warranty policy forms part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of access to files stored with a host, or a host discontinuing its service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
