What Keep2Share is, and why so many links point at it
Keep2Share — usually shortened to K2S, and served from k2s.cc — is one of the handful of large file hosts that survived the collapse of the old guard at the end of the 2010s. Which plan is the best value
The annual plan runs at $0.55 a day against the monthly plan’s $0.90, so a year of PRO costs roughly what seven months would at the monthly rate. That is a real saving, but note the shape of the curve: the big step is from 30 days to 90 days ($0.90 to $0.74), and each step after that is worth progressively less.
If a year feels like too much commitment to a file host, 180 days at $0.63 a day gets you most of the way. The 30-day plan is worth buying exactly once, to check the host suits you.
How the daily allowance actually works
Keep2Share meters you by the day. Each day you may download up to your tier’s allowance; then the counter resets and you start again.
- It does not roll over. Unused traffic is gone at the reset. A quiet day does not bank capacity for a busy one.
- Hitting the limit pauses you, it does not end anything. Premium downloading stops until the allowance resets; your remaining premium days are untouched.
