This is the trial plan. Buy it if you have hit a Rapidgator link for the first time, or if your downloading is occasional enough that a year of premium would mostly go unused.
It is also the right plan if you are unsure whether 1 TB is enough. Spend a month, watch how much traffic you actually use, then size the next purchase from evidence rather than guesswork.
Is 1 TB enough?
One terabyte is a real amount of data, but it goes faster than people expect on a host used mainly for large archives. As a rough guide: a 1080p film runs 4–8 GB, a 4K film 20–40 GB, and a multi-part software or game archive often 40–80 GB.
So 1 TB is comfortable for a few films a week. It is not comfortable if you pull two or three large archive sets in a weekend — that alone can be a quarter of the allowance.
How it compares to the other plans
Do not buy this plan twice. Two 30-day plans cost $32 and give you 1 TB, then a reset, then another 1 TB. The 60-day plan costs $30 for the same 60 days with a single 2 TB pool — cheaper, and the traffic carries across the whole term instead of being cut in half.
